    NADON J.A.
    PELLETIER J.A.

    BETWEEN:

    CARMEN MORIN,

    applicant,

    - and -

    ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CANADA,

    respondent.

    Hearing held at Québec, Quebec, on June 4, 2002.

    REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
    (Delivered from the bench at Québec, Quebec
    on June 4, 2002);
    Rendered by

    LÉTOURNEAU J.A.:

    [1] We agree with the decision of the Umpire. The applicant, in fact, voluntarily left her employment without just cause within the meaning of sections 29 and 30 of the Employment Insurance Act. By doing so, in a system of insurance against unemployment, she deliberately caused the risk to occur: Tanguay v. Unemployment Insurance Commission, A-1458-84, October 2, 1985 (F.C.A.).

    [2] For these reasons, the application for judicial review will be dismissed.
