My decision of April 27, 1979, CUB 5193A, having been quashed by the Federal Court of Appeal on December 14, 1979 (No. A-342-79), I must take it as established that the appellant lost his employment by reason of a stoppage of work attributable to a labour dispute at the factory where he was employed, and consequently the decision of the Board of Referees is upheld and the appeal is dismissed. This decision also applies to the following cases:
