This matter came on for hearing before me at Toronto, Ontario on May 16, 1996.
At the opening of the hearing counsel for the claimant requested the right to file a transcript of the proceedings before the Board of Referees. Counsel for the Commission, who had not seen this transcript, requested an adjournment so that she could receive instructions.
This matter is adjourned peremptorily for hearing in Toronto on a date to be fixed by the Office of the Umpire.
