This matter came on for hearing at London, Ontario on September 30, 1996.
At the opening of the hearing the solicitor for the claimant served the Umpire and the Commission counsel with a lengthy written submission.
As counsel for the Commission had no opportunity to consider these submissions, a request for an adjournment was made.
This matter is adjourned peremptorily to a date to be fixed by the Office of the Umpire.
