    THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE STONE

    IN THE MATTER OF an Application Under Section 28 of the Federal Court Act

    -and-

    ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CANADA,

    REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
    (Delivered from the Bench at Toronto May 21st, 1987) ;
    Rendered by the Chief Justice

    We do not need to hear you, Ms. Bell. In the opinion of the Court there is no merit in any of the submissions made by the applicant and no basis has been shown upon which this Court could properly interfere with the decision of the Umpire.

    The application therefore fails and will be dismissed.
